El Maxxis Rally Team/ Bolivia, capitaneado por Manolo Ortiz, logró el 3er lugar en la clase 3 CODASUR, del Rally Porongo, celebrado el fin de semana pasado (7-9 de junio).

Con los resultados de esta carrera el equipo Maxxis logra acumular importantes puntos, tanto para el campeonato nacional como para el departamental.

Maxxis-Sponsored Felix Chitipahovyan won the prize at 2nd stage of RDS 2013 Nizhny Novgorod, Russia

The second stage of 2013 Russian Drift Series started on May 24th and 25th in the raceway “N-Ring Circuit” of Nizhny Novrogod, Russia. Driver Felix Chitipahovyan and Maxim Tvardovsky of “Hell Racing Team”, proudly sponsored by Maxxis, showed us again their excellent performance of Drifting. Felix Chitipahovyan did so well that he took the first place in the qualification and won a medal. With 135 points eanred in this stage, Felix Chitipahovyan has totally gained 251 points and risen to the number three in overal ranking! Congradulation! Maxim Tvardovsky, who is number 10th out of 47 competitors in overal ranking, also did a great job! Let’s hurray for them!

Today was the presentation of Maxxis and its distributor in Bolivia, Ortiz SRL, as officialsponsors of the ADECRUZ Championship- Maxxis Rally Bolivia.

ADM Raceway in Moscow

Russian Drift Series (RDS) is the only professional drift championship in Russia. The first stage of 2013 Russian Drift Series started with light rain, which couldn’t hold back the passion of more than 3000 fans. At the ADM Raceway in Moscow, eight teams, including MAXXIS-sponsored “Hell Racing Team”, along with 33 drivers participated in this eye-catching event. Driver Felix Chitipahovyan и Maxim Tvardovsky, proudly sponsored by MAXXIS, admired the spectators with their professional drifting performance.

The Meet was held on Sunday May 5th 2013, at the Palisadoes International raceway in Kingston Jamaica. The event had in excess of 300 spectators and some 30+ entrants, who all competed on Maxxis HG3 tyres. Many drivers boasted proudly that the HG3 tyre was faster and stickier than their previous tyres, earning them faster lap times with less sliding around corners. Sunday's meet provided some of the closest racing to date. With the overnight rains and a hot afternoon, teams tried to figure out the best strategy to make the tyres last.
